At the same time, group training like Crossfit and Orange Theory are much more affordable, but they place NO emphasis on individual goals and create their program for literally general demographics across the nation!
A: The programs are all month to month and you can come in anywhere from 1 to 5 times a week, starting at only $90 per month!
