15 Rep Fat Burner x 20. Monday Mayhem 5/21/12

It's MONDAY!

Start your week with this Monday Mayhem circuit and rev your metabolism into full gear!

It's simple. (Or so it would seem.)

5 pushups:  Stay off your knees.  Keep working hard to get that chest down low!

5 squats:  get that tush down, but stop short of ANY knee discomort

5 Crunches:  Use the ball if you have one handy.

 

20 sets for time.
